Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week | Includes weekend shifts and on-call obligations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
• Operate nuclear medicine equipment and ensure proper functioning and quality control
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed and in compliance with safety regulations
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
• Fulfill on-call obligations one day per week and one weekend per month, with on-call coverage beginning immediately following the end of the scheduled shift (4:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification
• Current state licensure as required
• Ability to work rotating weekends and participate in on-call coverage
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine imaging modalities and procedures
